The Dinner That Could Have Been...

...had I only had my spear with me!  Instead, I had this bloody camera with me trying to get enough pictures to satisfy your lust for photos!  Actually, this nice ~12lb specimen of a grouper is an out of season Nassau Grouper that will not be able to grace my dinner table till after March first.  I still had fun playing with him... I know, I know, your mother told you not to play with your food.  So did mine, but this is a bit different.  It's not like he's already been filleted and marinated for Ceviche!  I know, I know, he's cute and has feelings too.  I shouldn't be talking about him as if he's just a juicy snack on a plate...  Alright already!  Just watch the video then... Shheeesh!
