Here's what you asked for...

...why, I'm not sure.  Most of the upgrades are below the visual surface so this interior pretty much looks like most any other Gemini.  Oh well...

You can tell from the video that I'm pretty proud of my galley spigot.  The original spigot was pretty worthless because it was only usable at the very back of the sink.  I spent a lot of time trying to find a longer, bigger spigot that would hang out further over the sink and fit the Whale faucet.  After a futile search, it occurred to me that I would have to make it myself.  I ended up cutting the curved portion of the Whale spigot and epoxying it inside the cut off shower "S" pipe. (I used an O-ring around the top of the Whale spigot to hold it centered in the "S" pipe and to not allow the epoxy to go beyond the O-ring when it was poured in.)  I then attached a small shower head that had a shut off lever.  After unscrewing the shower head flare, I epoxied on a thin aerator screw adapter to the threads and then screwed on an aerator.  It looks and works great.

Everything else is pretty self explanatory.  The cutting board is both a cutting board before dinner and a dish drain rack after dinner.  Hope this doesn't bore you too much...
